- Total Time: 25 min
- Yield: 3 portions 1x
- Category: Medium
Ingredients
- 500g Shrimp – frozen, cleaned
- 20g Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 bunch Parsley
- Salt
- Chili Flakes
- 200ml Dry White Wine
Instructions
- Thaw the shrimp.
- Peel and cut garlic into thin slices.
- Fry the sliced garlic in olive oil.
- Add shrimp to the pan, season them with a pinch of salt and chili flakes. Fry the whole thing for 2-3 minutes turning from one side to the other (no more than 1.5 minutes per side). If we fry the shrimp too short, it will be unappetizingly stringy, and if too long, it will be dry and not firm enough. That’s why the frying time is so important.
- After this time, pour wine into the pan, increase the heat and simmer until half of the wine evaporates.
- Wash and chop the parsley.
- Serve the finished shrimp sprinkled with parsley. Taste good with baguette or other fresh bread and also tagliatelle pasta. Enjoy!
