- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup pastry cream or jam of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a cake pan.
- For the dough, mix flour, butter, sugar, egg, and baking powder until smooth. Divide into two portions.
- Press one portion into the bottom of the pan. Spread pastry cream or jam on top. Cover with the remaining dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool before serving. Enjoy!
