- Category: Medium
Ingredients
- 450g Wheat Flour Type 500
- 200g Mozzarella
- 150g Feta
- 150g Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 Glass of Water
- 45ml Olive Oil
- 5g Dry Yeast
- 5g Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Heat a glass of water so that it is warm, but not hot. Combine with yeast and sugar. Leave for 15 minutes.
- Add flour, salt and oil. Mix everything thoroughly and make an elastic dough with your hands. Leave for 50 minutes to rise.
- Grate the mozzarella and combine with the chopped cheeses. You can season the stuffing with pepper.
- Divide the risen dough into 4 parts and flatten on a table sprinkled with flour. Roll out each ball of dough into a cake about 5 mm thick (it can also be a little thinner or thicker). Spread a portion of cheese on the pancakes, then fold the dough over on both sides to leave the center free.
- Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees C and bake for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
