- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot and brown the meat.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in tomatoes, white wine, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour.
- Add orzo pasta and cook until tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
