Ingredients

  • 300 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup snap peas
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Marinate the beef slices in the sauce mixture for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper and snap peas until tender.
  5. Divide the cooked rice between two bowls. Top with beef, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and snap peas.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical flavors!
