Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1000g Boneless Pork Loin
  • 200g Frozen Forest Mushrooms
  • 100g Potato Starch
  • 3 large Onions
  • 40ml Canola Oil
  • 2 flat tbsp Sugar
  • 1 bunch of Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Allspice
  • Bay Leaf

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork loin into slices.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and dredge in potato starch.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork loin.
  4. Peel the onion and chop it into feathers.
  5. Fry the onion in oil and add sugar to caramelize it faster.
  6. Place the pork loin, onion and mushrooms in an ovenproof dish.
  7. Pour water, add bay leaf and allspice.
  8. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 90 minutes.
  10. Serve on a large plate. Enjoy!
