Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Thighs with Skin
- 12 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil
- Garlic
Instructions
- Mix 10 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice and all spices in a large bowl.
- Wash the thighs and dip them in a bowl with spices, rub the mixture well into the meat.
- Put everything in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate well.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into an ovenproof dish and place the meat in it.
- Bake them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 60 minutes.
