- 500 g fish heads and bones
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a pot, heat olive oil and cook onions, garlic, and carrots until softened.
- Add fish heads and bones, cooking for 5 minutes. Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour.
- Strain soup to remove bones and serve. Enjoy!
