- 1 kg pork belly, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup white wine
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix pork belly with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a roasting pan and pour red wine vinegar and white wine over the meat.
- Roast in a preheated oven at 160°C (325°F) for 2.5-3 hours, or until the meat is tender and crispy.
- Serve warm or cold. Enjoy!
