- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- Squeeze excess moisture from the grated zucchini.
- In a bowl, mix zucchini, feta cheese, mint, dill, egg, flour, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Shape mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry patties until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm. Enjoy!
