Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1/2 lb pork or shrimp, thinly sliced
- 4 cups chicken or beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
Instructions
- Prepare Noodles: Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- Cook Broth: In a pot, sauté garlic and onion, add broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add Meat: Add pork or shrimp to the broth, cooking until tender.
