Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1/2 lb pork or shrimp, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups chicken or beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare Noodles: Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Cook Broth: In a pot, sauté garlic and onion, add broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add Meat: Add pork or shrimp to the broth, cooking until tender.
  4. Assemble and Serve: Place cooked noodles in bowls, ladle broth and meat over, and garnish with bean sprouts, lime, cilantro, and mint. Enjoy!
