Ingredients

  • 300g Wheat Flour Type 500
  • 150ml Greek Yogurt 0% Fat
  • 500ml Canola Oil
  • 50g Gouda Cheese
  • 15g Fresh Yeast
  • 5g Sugar
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Add yeast, 1 tablespoon of flour and sugar to a glass of warm water. Mix thoroughly. Leave for 15 minutes for the leaven to start working.
  2. Sift the flour into a large bowl, add the salt and slowly pour in the leaven. Knead everything thoroughly with your hands to form a cohesive dough.
  3. Set the dough aside for 20 minutes to rise.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 small parts and form them into balls. Roll each ball out very flat and thin.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry each pancake for 1 minute on both sides.
  6. Serve each pie smeared with yogurt and sprinkled with cheese. Enjoy!
