Ingredients

  • 250g Leek
  • 200g Pasta
  • 200g Canned Corn
  • 150g Pickles
  • 150g Gouda
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 5 Eggs
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and rinse under running water. Leave to dry.
  2. Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and dice.
  3. Cut leeks into feathers.
  4. Drain the corn from the brine.
  5. Dice the cheese and pickles.
  6. Put all the ingredients in one bowl, add mayonnaise and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
  7. Put the finished salad in the fridge for about 2 hours. Enjoy!
