Ingredients
- 250g Leek
- 200g Pasta
- 200g Canned Corn
- 150g Pickles
- 150g Gouda
- 100g Mayonnaise
- 5 Eggs
- Pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain and rinse under running water. Leave to dry.
- Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel and dice.
- Cut leeks into feathers.
- Drain the corn from the brine.
- Dice the cheese and pickles.
- Put all the ingredients in one bowl, add mayonnaise and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Put the finished salad in the fridge for about 2 hours. Enjoy!
