- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
