Ingredients

  • 500 g scallops
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add scallops and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and cook until slightly reduced.
  5. Return the scallops to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
