- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over macaroni mixture and toss to coat.
- Add crumbled bacon if desired and mix gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
