- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Freeze mozzarella sticks for 15 minutes to firm them up.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
- Dredge each cheese stick in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
