 Gooey mozzarella cheese sticks coated in a crispy breadcrumb crust, perfect for dipping in marinara sauce.

Ingredients

  • 12 mozzarella sticks
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Freeze mozzarella sticks for 15 minutes to firm them up.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  3. Dredge each cheese stick in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
