Ingredients
- 100g Chickpea Flour
- 40ml Sparkling Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili
- Fresh Coriander
Instructions
- Pour the flour into a bowl. Add water and a pinch of salt.
- Mix all ingredients and knead by hand until a uniform mass is obtained.
- Sprinkle the dough lightly with flour and form a roll.
- Divide the rolling pin into 8 parts and roll each piece well into 2 cm pieces. Use a little flour for dusting.
- Heat the pan very well.
- Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
- Can be served as a snack between meals, an appetizer. Both alone and with sauce/dip. Enjoy!
