Ingredients

  • 120g Pasta
  • 300g Spinach
  • 100g Feta
  • 100g Boneless Smoked Bacon
  • 150g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 70g Dried Tomatoes
  • 100g Onion
  • 15g Garlic
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into cubes. Fry in a pan. At the same time, put the pasta to cook. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  2. When the fat has rendered, add the pressed garlic and diced onion to the bacon. You can add a pinch of salt. Fry everything for about 5 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half and the dried tomatoes into strips. Add to bacon and vegetables. Fry for about 10 minutes.
  4. After this time, add fresh spinach and simmer until the leaves are soft – about 7 minutes.
  5. Cut feta into cubes or crumble it.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta. Add the pasta to the prepared vegetables and mix thoroughly.
  7. Place a portion on a plate and sprinkle with feta cheese. Enjoy!
