Ingredients
- 120g Pasta
- 300g Spinach
- 100g Feta
- 100g Boneless Smoked Bacon
- 150g Cherry Tomatoes
- 70g Dried Tomatoes
- 100g Onion
- 15g Garlic
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into cubes. Fry in a pan. At the same time, put the pasta to cook. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
- When the fat has rendered, add the pressed garlic and diced onion to the bacon. You can add a pinch of salt. Fry everything for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half and the dried tomatoes into strips. Add to bacon and vegetables. Fry for about 10 minutes.
- After this time, add fresh spinach and simmer until the leaves are soft – about 7 minutes.
- Cut feta into cubes or crumble it.
- Drain the cooked pasta. Add the pasta to the prepared vegetables and mix thoroughly.
- Place a portion on a plate and sprinkle with feta cheese. Enjoy!
