- 400 g pasta (penne or macaroni)
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 1/2 cup red wine (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomatoes, red wine, cinnamon, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer pasta, meat sauce, and béchamel sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
