Ingredients
- 200g Red Pepper
- 200g Green Pepper
- 300g Tomato
- 100g Onion
- 20g Garlic
- 30ml Canola Oil
- 20ml Vinegar
- 20g Honey
- 20g Parsley
Instructions
- Clean the peppers from the seeds.
- Cut into a larger dice.
- Dice the onion and garlic into small pieces.
- Scald the tomatoes in boiling water and remove the skin and cut into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the tomatoes. Then season with salt, pepper and oregano. After that stew 5 minutes.
- Add the pepper, pour in the vinegar, add a tablespoon of honey and simmer for another 7 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
