Ingredients

  • 200g Red Pepper
  • 200g Green Pepper
  • 300g Tomato
  • 100g Onion
  • 20g Garlic
  • 30ml Canola Oil
  • 20ml Vinegar
  • 20g Honey
  • 20g Parsley

Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers from the seeds.
  2. Cut into a larger dice.
  3. Dice the onion and garlic into small pieces.
  4. Scald the tomatoes in boiling water and remove the skin and cut into cubes.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the tomatoes. Then season with salt, pepper and oregano. After that stew 5 minutes.
  6. Add the pepper, pour in the vinegar, add a tablespoon of honey and simmer for another 7 minutes.
  7. Finally, sprinkle with parsley. Enjoy!
