Ingredients

  • 140g Penne Pasta
  • 150g Spinach
  • 120ml Greek Yogurt
  • 50g Parmesan Cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs de Provence

Instructions

  1. Put the pasta in salted boiling water (about 1 teaspoon of salt per liter of water) and cook for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes. Glaze it in hot oil.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic to the onion and fry for a while.
  4. Rinse the spinach and add it to the contents of the pan. Heat until it wilts.
  5. Add yogurt, Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper and herbes de Provence.
  6. Drain the pasta in a strainer and rinse it with cold water to prevent sticking.
  7. Stir the sauce into the cooked pasta. Enjoy!
