- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, celery, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over potato mixture and gently stir to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
