Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pierce potatoes with a fork and bake for 40 minutes.
- Cut potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh, leaving a small rim of potato.
- Brush the potato skins with oil and bake for 10 minutes until crisp.
