- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 150 g grated Gruyère cheese
- Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the onions until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- Place the pie crust in a quiche or pie dish. Sprinkle the cooked bacon and onions evenly over the crust.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and onions.
- Sprinkle the grated Gruyère cheese on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown.
