Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add flour, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in the grated potatoes until evenly distributed.
- Heat a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, spreading it out to form a pancake. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
