  • Yield: 4 portions 1x
  • Category: Easy

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 200g Red Beans
  • 30g Cashew Nuts
  • 40ml Canola Oil
  • Sweet Paprika (spice)
  • Hot Paprika (spice)
  • Garlic
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. If you want to make the paste from scratch, the preparations should start 10 hours in advance – it is best to soak the beans overnight and start cooking the next day.
  2. After soaking, cook the beans until tender – about an hour. If you don’t have that much time, you can also use canned cooked beans.
  3. Blend the cooked beans with the garlic clove, oil, nuts and spices. Enjoy!
