Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp rendang paste
- 2 lemongrass stalks, bruised
- 1 inch galangal, sliced
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp palm sugar
Instructions
- Sear Beef: Brown beef in a pot.
- Prepare Sauce: Add coconut milk, rendang paste, lemongrass, galangal, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garlic, and onion.
- Simmer until beef is tender and sauce is thickened.
- Stir in palm sugar and adjust seasoning. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
