- 1 liter milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, bring rice and a cup of milk to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until rice is tender.
- Add remaining milk and sugar, and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened (about 20 minutes).
- Stir in vanilla extract and pour into serving dishes.
- Let cool, then garnish with ground cinnamon before serving. Enjoy!
