- 150g Cheese in slices
- 80g Ketchup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
Instructions
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 8 rectangles.
- Divide the sausages into 16 equal parts.
- Spread each square of puff pastry with ketchup and sprinkle with oregano.
- Wrap each kabanos sausage with cheese and wrap it in the dough, carefully connecting the ends.
- Place the sausages in puff pastry on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake the kabanos sausages in the dough in the oven preheated to 180 Celsius degrees for 20 minutes.
