Ingredients

  • 4 pork or veal cutlets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Pound the cutlets to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge each cutlet in the flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Fry the cutlets until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
