Ingredients

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook minced lamb with onions and carrots until browned.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and peas. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish and spread mashed potatoes on top.
