Ingredients
- 300g Avocado
- 250g Cocktail Shrimp
- 150g Salad Mix
- 25g Ketchup
- 25g Natural Yogurt 2%
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Garlic
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp. Dice the avocado.
- Put the lettuce in a bowl, add the sliced avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Defrost the shrimp, cook them in water (about 5 minutes after throwing them into boiling water). Strain and set aside to cool.
- Add the cooked and cooled shrimp to the lettuce and avocado.
- Prepare the sauce: combine yogurt with ketchup, garlic squeezed through a press, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Top the salad with the prepared dressing. Enjoy!
