Ingredients

  • 25g Ketchup
  • 25g Natural Yogurt 2%
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon Juice
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the pulp. Dice the avocado.
  2. Put the lettuce in a bowl, add the sliced ​​avocado and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Defrost the shrimp, cook them in water (about 5 minutes after throwing them into boiling water). Strain and set aside to cool.
  4. Add the cooked and cooled shrimp to the lettuce and avocado.
