- 500 g pork shoulder, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 400 g canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot and brown the pork cubes.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1.5 hours, until pork is tender.
- Serve warm. You can decorate it with green spices, for example parsley. Enjoy!
