Ingredients

  • 500 g pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 400 g canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot and brown the pork cubes.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1.5 hours, until pork is tender.
  5. Serve warm. You can decorate it with green spices, for example parsley. Enjoy!
