- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tbsp fish roe (caviar)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, red onion, dill, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the chopped shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If using, gently fold in the fish roe.
