Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter (plus extra for greasing)
  • 2 large eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease ramekins with butter and dust with sugar.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together. Let cool slightly.
  3. Whisk egg yolks with sugar until creamy. Stir in chocolate mixture, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour into ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and set. Dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
