- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 400 g diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground cumin, ground coriander, and chili flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
