Ingredients
- 200 g jumbo pasta shells
- 250 g ricotta cheese
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 1 egg
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté minced garlic and spinach until wilted. Remove from heat and chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, beaten egg, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each pasta shell with the ricotta mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
