- 4 bell peppers
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Stir in cooked rice, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 35-40 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
