Ingredients
- 250g Rice for Sushi
- 150g Natural Sandwich Cheese
- 100g Smoked Salmon
- 50g Carrot
- 3 Nori Sheets
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Cucumber
- 50ml Teriyaki Sauce
- 15ml Rice Vinegar
- 10g Wasabi
- 5g Sugar
- 5g Salt
- 2g Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Prepare the rice dressing by mixing 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar with sugar and salt. Pour it over cooked rice. Cool the rice under cover.
- Cut the vegetables lengthwise into strips.
- Cut the salmon lengthwise into strips.
- Lay out the sushi mat.
- Lay a strip of nori on the mat, shiny side down.
- Fill a small bowl with cold water and add a tablespoon of rice vinegar. This is to wet your hands to make it easier to work with the rice (it will not stick to your hands).
- Wet your fingers and spread the rice over the nori sheet so that it forms a thin layer.
- Then put the selected accessories in the middle of the leaf.
- Roll up the role gently.
