Ingredients

  • 200 g tarama (salted fish roe)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup stale bread, soaked in water and squeezed
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Blend tarama, soaked bread, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
  2. With the processor running, slowly add olive oil until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Serve chilled with pita bread or as a dip. Enjoy!
