- 1 egg yolk

- 500 g fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- For the pastry, mix flour, butter, sugar, and egg yolk until a dough forms. Roll out and press into a tart pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool.
- Spread pastry cream over the cooled crust. Arrange strawberries on top.
