Ingredients
- 500g Zucchini
- 400g Skinless Chicken Breast
- 300g Red Pepper
- 200g Onion
- 50g Fresh Red Chili Pepper
- 4 Whole Grain Tortilla
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 can Corn
- 1 can Black Beans
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 200ml Natural Yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili
- Cumin
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into cubes, season with chili and chicken seasoning, then fry with the onion in oil.
- Add chopped zucchini, chili pepper and red pepper to the pan, cover and fry until soft.
- When the meat is soft, add corn and canned beans and simmer covered for a few minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, chili and cumin.
- Put the filling into tortilla pancakes and roll them up.
- Pour garlic sauce prepared from yogurt and fresh garlic. Enjoy!
