Ingredients

  • 500g Zucchini
  • 400g Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 300g Red Pepper
  • 200g Onion
  • 50g Fresh Red Chili Pepper
  • 4 Whole Grain Tortilla
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 can Corn
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 200ml Natural Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili
  • Cumin

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes, season with chili and chicken seasoning, then fry with the onion in oil.
  2. Add chopped zucchini, chili pepper and red pepper to the pan, cover and fry until soft.
  3. When the meat is soft, add corn and canned beans and simmer covered for a few minutes.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, chili and cumin.
  5. Put the filling into tortilla pancakes and roll them up.
  6. Pour garlic sauce prepared from yogurt and fresh garlic. Enjoy!
