Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 red chili peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Cooked jasmine rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced chili peppers, cooking until fragrant.
  2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the fresh basil leaves and cook until wilted.
  5. Serve the Thai Basil Chicken over cooked jasmine rice. Enjoy!
