- 1 lb ground chicken, pork, or beef
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp rice powder (toasted rice ground into a powder)
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2–3 Thai chilies, sliced
Instructions
- In a pan, cook the ground meat with chicken broth until done.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Add fish sauce, lime juice, and rice powder. Mix well.
- Stir in red onion, green onions, mint leaves, cilantro, and Thai chilies.
- Serve immediately, preferably with fresh vegetables and sticky rice. Enjoy!
