Ingredients

  • 1 whole fish (sea bass or snapper), cleaned and scaled
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 23 Thai chilies, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Steam the whole fish until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, and Thai chilies to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the steamed fish.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
