- 400 g phyllo dough
- 250 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 200 g ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Layer phyllo dough in the baking dish, brushing each sheet with olive oil. Spread cheese mixture evenly over the top.
- Cover with additional phyllo sheets, brushing with olive oil between layers.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
