- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot skillet with butter until cooked to desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, cook foie gras until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add red wine and beef broth to the skillet, reducing until the sauce is thickened. Stir in truffle oil.
