Ingredients
- 200 g firm tofu
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Press and cube the tofu, then marinate it in soy sauce and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the marinated tofu and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Add the tofu back into the pan and mix well.
- Season with soy sauce and grated ginger.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving. Feel free to serve it with rice. Enjoy!
