Ingredients

  • 200 g firm tofu
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Press and cube the tofu, then marinate it in soy sauce and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated tofu and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the tofu back into the pan and mix well.
  6. Season with soy sauce and grated ginger.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving. Feel free to serve it with rice. Enjoy!
