Ingredients
- 500g Watermelon
- 100g Arugula
- 100g Feta Cheese
- 100ml Greek Yogurt 0% Fat
- 40g Croutons
- 30g Dried Tomatoes
- 30g Shelled Sunflower Seeds
- 5g Garlic
- Pepper
- Lime Juice
- Fresh Mint
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic. Also add pepper.
- Cut the watermelon and cheese into cubes.
- Cut tomatoes into strips.
- Put the ingredients in the bowl and mix thoroughly with sauce and sunflower seeds.
- Sprinkle the dish with fresh mint leaves. Sprinkle on croutons just before eating..
- For a better visual effect, you can hollow out half of the watermelon (using a teaspoon – it’s best to cut the watermelon in the shape of a basket before cutting it without cutting the peel). The hollow flesh can be used for a salad, and the prepared salad can be served in a watermelon peel. Enjoy!
