- 500g Asparagus
- 200g Ice
- 20g Butter
- 5g Salt
- 5g Sugar
Instructions
- Wash the asparagus and peel off the thick skin.
- Boil water in a pot and add salt and sugar to it.
- Drop the asparagus into the boiling water for about two minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare a bowl with cold water and ice.
- Put the cooked asparagus in it and temper it for a while.
