Ingredients

  • 500g Asparagus
  • 200g Ice
  • 20g Butter
  • 5g Salt
  • 5g Sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the asparagus and peel off the thick skin.
  2. Boil water in a pot and add salt and sugar to it.
  3. Drop the asparagus into the boiling water for about two minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare a bowl with cold water and ice.
  5. Put the cooked asparagus in it and temper it for a while.
  6. Then place them on a paper towel to dry them well.
  7. Melt the butter in the pan.
  8. Place the asparagus on the butter and fry quickly on each side. This dish can be served as a snack or with dinner, for example with potatoes. Enjoy!
